The course covers e g basic steam cycles, advanced steam cycles, combined power and heating plants, boilers and combustion, basic gas turbines, gas turbine systems, combined cycles, heating and cooling pump systems, both compressor driven systems and absorption systems.
Entry requirements
Fundamentals in Fluid Mechanics 7.5 credits, Fundamentals in Thermodynamics 7.5 credits, Linear Algebra 7.5 credits and Calculus 7.5 credits or equivalent.
