Att arbeta med ett modernt automationssystem förutsätter olika kompetenser så som att välja rätt sensorer, programmera styrfunktioner och konfigurera datakommunikation. Detta studerats var för sig i andra kurser, men i den här kursen tillämpas kunskaperna utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv. Säkerhet i styrsystem är ett viktigt moment som ingår i kursen.
Entry requirements
Electronics and Measurement Systems 7.5 cr, Control Theory 7.5 cr, Introduction to Automataion 7.5 cr, and Introduction to Data Communication 7.5 cr or equivalent.
