Are you curious about how eating habits and physical activity affect population health? Do you want to know more about how people's living conditions affect their eating habits and everyday physical activity? Do you want to be able to propose social measures and promote sustainable population health? Then this course is for you! The course addresses an important area of todays and future health challenges. You will learn to understand the complex links and see sustainable solutions that can positively impact society. You will learn basic the concepts, know more about eating habits and physical lifestyle and the measures that can be implemented at different levels of society. This is an introductory course, which means that you do not need to have any prior knowledge of the subject. A valued feature of the course is our discussion forums where you get the opportunity to learn more by discussing and debating the subject and its challenges with other students.
