Ett representativt urval lyriska texter från romantiken fram till nutid studeras och diskuteras. Litteraturvetenskapliga texter som utifrån olika estetiska utgångspunkter belyser dessa texter studeras. Centrala författarskap behandlas och litteraturdidaktiska perspektiv är viktiga i kursen.
