In this course, you study pre-modern Arabic texts and practise reading, translating and analysing classical Arabic prose. You also get an introduction to literary and philological methods for working with pre-modern Arabic literature. The course is taught in English and Arabic.

Entry requirements

För tillträde till kursen krävs kandidatexamen. Därtill krävs minst 90 hp i ämnet arabiska eller motsvarande kunskaper, samt Engelska 6.
