Education facts

Code: FYM136

Neural networks are distributed computing models inspired by the structure of the human brain, consisting of many simple processing elements connected in a network. Neural networks are increasingly used in engineering for tasks such as pattern recognition, prediction and control. The theory of neural networks is an interdisciplinary field (neurobiology, computer science and statistical physics).

Entry requirements

Bachelor degree, including at least 30 credits maths, plus programming.

Education offerings

Each offering has its own dates and conditions. Closed offerings are retained as history and do not mean that a new application is open.
