Kursen omfattar halvledarkomponenter och halvledarteknik, dioder, bipolÀra transistorer, fÀlteffekttransistorer, JFET- och CMOS-teknologi. Vi anvÀnder transistorn som switch och som förstÀrkare, definierar smÄsignalsparametrar och bygger effektförstÀrkare. Vi gÄr djupare in pÄ OP-förstÀrkaren, schmittriggers, pulskretsar, oscillatorer, frekvensfunktioner och Bodediagram. Introducerar ocksÄ fasdetektorer, faslÄsta loopar och högfrekvenselektronik.
