Kursen ger kunskaper i försöksplanering och statistik för experimentella vetenskaper (främst biologi) med tyngdpunkt på utformning och planering av experiment utifrån hypotesprövning. I kursen behandlas samband mellan biologiska och statistiska modeller, hypotesprövning, statistiska slutsatser och statistisk styrka med tonvikt på variansanalys (ANOVA). Undervisningen sker på distans över internet.
Entry requirements
Godkända kurser om 60 högskolepoäng (hp) inom naturvetenskapliga ämnen eller motsvarande.
