The course aims to provide basic knowledge of modern micro- and nanoprocessing (pattern transfer using various lithography techniques, plasma, thermal and chemical processes for etching and modifying materials, thin film deposition methods), as well as characterisation methods for assessing the resulting material and component properties. In addition, some examples of basic process steps for the manufacture of CMOS transistors, light-emitting diodes, lasers, micro-electromechanical systems and microfluidic devices will be described.
Bachelor's degree in physics or similar
Each offering has its own dates and conditions. Closed offerings are retained as history and do not mean that a new application is open.
