Kursens syfte är att ge fördjupade kunskaper om den ekonomiska historien, med fokus på arbetslivets och arbetsorganisationens skiftande former. Industrialiseringens omvandlingskraft tas som utgångspunkt, men såväl dess förhistoria som utvecklingen i avancerade industrialiserade samhällen och välfärdsstatsutveckling kommer att beröras. Viktiga ekonomisk-historiska forskningsområden som debatten om levnadsstandarsutveckling, fördelningsfrågor, genusarbetsdelning, tvångsarbete och<br> slaveri samt migration kommer att belysas.
Entry requirements
Minst 15 hp samhällsvetenskapliga ämnen.
