This project course (Internship), is open to international (English speaking) students. During the Internship the student will, under supervision, preform a scientifically structured experimental or theoretical work in the field of marine sciences. **As a student, you have the responsibility to contact the researcher/supervisor. Choice of project assignment, as well as start and stop dates, are decided in a discussion with the supervisor.** If you are interested in doing an internship in one of the research groups at the Department of Marine Sciences, University of Gothenburg, you need to take the following steps: 1. Apply for this course and send documents proving your eligibility. Do not forget to submit upper secondary (high school) studies. 2. Communicate directly with a researcher to decide which project you may be able to attend. You find more information about the different research areas on: Marine sciences research. 3. Inform the student counselor about your project to get information on further steps needed to be registered.

Entry requirements

University studies of a minimum of 120 credits in the field of natural sciences, including at least 30 credits progressive specialization within the project field.
