Through focusing on the student's independent research project (the master's thesis) the course aim is to develop research based approaches to practical work addressing issues of power relations, rights and equality within organizations and civil society alike. Theindependent research project ought to make a contribution to the field of Gender Studies, theoretically, methodologically and/or empirically.
