Kursen består av ett självständigt projektarbete omfattande 30 hp där det ingår planering, materialinsamling, bearbetning och redovisning av projektarbetet under lärares ledning. I arbetet ingår också sådan litteraturläsning som är nödvändig för projektets genomförande. Undervisningen består av handledning och deltagande i seminarier.

Entry requirements

Admission to the course requires a Bachelor's degree in geography comprising 180 credits in the main field of Geography, Physical Geography or Human Geography, as well as Master's level courses in Geography comprising at least 45 credits with a minimum garde of Pass. Applicants with equivalent education may be admitted to the course after assessment. In addition, language skills equivalent to English 6/English B/ English Level 2, from Swedish upper secondary school or an equivalent level on an internationally recognised test, such as TOEFL, IELTS, are required.
