This course addresses the transformation within professional learning and workplace learning in relation to the digitalization of formal and informal, lifelong learning in both institutional contexts and business and industry. The course focuses on the changing practices that professionals encounter within the technology, health, and education sectors, and how digital technologies in various ways alter activities such as skills development, coaching, and participation in professional learning communities. The course is based on both online and on-campus activities and includes lectures, workshops, and seminars. Both group and individual work are included in the course.
To be eligible for the course the student must possess a Bachelor'sdegree with a minimum of 180 higher education credits or an equivalent degree. Furthermore, the student must demonstrate proficiency in English equivalent to English 6 (Swedish upper secondary level) or English level 2 (equivalent) from an internationally recognized test, for example TOEFL, IELTS.
