The course is suitable as one of the first mathematics courses you take at university, and is included in the first semester of the Mathematics program. You take the first steps to learn mathematical analysis, and learn the theory of limits, continuity and derivatives of functions of one variable, as well as applications of these. The course also reviews elementary functions and calculations with complex numbers.
Entry requirements
General entrance requirements for university studies and the Swedish upper secondary courses Mathematics 4 or Mathematics E or Mathematics Further level 2.
