The course consists of two parts. The first part introduces the emergence of Business Intelligence and its various applications. Ethical issues that may arise in connection with the analysis of unstructured data, are also discussed. The final part is practically oriented and focuses on creating a Business Intelligence solution for unstructured data.

Prerequisite courses for this course are: Passed courses: IT734A-Data Mining A1N and IT740A-Visual Data Analysis A1N (or the equivalent).
