<p>Denna kurs är en fördjupningskurs i förhållande till Arbetsrätt I G1N, och innehåller dessutom offentlig arbetsrätt, dvs tillämpningen och tolkningen av lagen om offentlig anställning, LOA.</p> <p>Studenterna skall i samband med kursen göra en problemformulering med utgångspunkt i innehållet i såväl denna kurs som Arbetsrätt I G1N, och därefter skriva en mindre uppsats baserat på problemformuleringen.</p> <p>Kursen innehåller därför även juridisk informationssökning och källkritik i relation till uppsatsskrivandet.</p>
