<p>The program Leadership and Organizational development (Master one year) ends with an independent thesis work of 15 ECTS within the subject area of Business Administration. The thesis work is performed by students in groups of two and the chosen topic of the thesis should reflect the content of the education program.</p>

Entry requirements

The course has the following entry requirements: passed FÖ719A Leadership and Organizational Development A1N or passed FÖ724A Business Development A1N or passed FÖ726A Marketing Fundamentals A1N (or the equivalent). A further requirement is proof of skills in English equivalent of studies at upper secondary level in Sweden, known as the Swedish course English 6 or English level 2. This is normally demonstrated by means of an internationally recognized language test, e.g. IELTS or TOEFL or the equivalent.&nbsp;
