<p>This course will take you on an exciting journey of the microbial world. You will acquire basic knowledge within the field of microbiology and initially study the function, growth, metabolism and metabolic regulation of microorganisms. In the course other important areas are included such as microbial diagnostics, phylogenetics, taxonomy, evolution and systematics. You will also have a thorough training in microbial laboratory work.</p>

Entry requirements

General entry requirements + Mathematics 2a or 2b or 2c, Science studies 2, English 6 or Mathematics level 2a or level 2b or level 2c, Science studies level 2, English level 2. The level of English proficiency is normally shown by an internationally recognized test, e.g. IELTS or TOEFL.
