On completion of the course the student should be able to: produce correct and essentially idiomatic English in both speech and writing demonstrate in-depth knowledge of literary and linguistic theories as well as areas of research There are two modules: linguistics, 7.5 HE credits literature and literary theory, 7.5 HE credits
Admission is dependent upon completion of at least 30 HE credits at the A-level (level 1-30) and at least 22.5 HE credits at the B-level (level 31-60).
