The digital transformation impacts the whole supply chain. Challenges related to implementations of novel technology, as well as requiring consideration of humans, management, structure, culture, and work processes. In response to the technology-centric focus of I4.0, Industry 5.0 (I5.0) emerged, emphasizing sustainable, human-centric, and resilient perspectives.
