This is a course, mainly, in IFRS-reporting and how IFRS-reporting might be used to manipulate earnings. Since IFRS is focused on providing useful information to investors and creditors, this course elects to focus on these two interest groups. Content-wise, the course covers important and/or current IFRS-standards, as well as special accounting situations in accounting for business combinations.

Entry requirements

Completed 30 credits from basic courses (A-level) in business studies, and attended 30 credits intermediate courses (B-level) in business studies of which at least 15 credits must be completed.
