This course continues the theory of rings and fields introduced in Algebra II. In addition, the course deals with the basics of group theory. The course is of crucial importance to those who plan to study mathematics at the advanced level.
Entry requirements
60 credits in mathematics. Linear Algebra II. Participation in Basic Ring Theory or participation in Introduction to specialization mathematical physics (can be read in parallel).
