Contemporary educational systems are undergoing profound transformations that include increasing degrees of marketisation, privatisation, and internationalisation. These transformations are often linked to changes in governance and management of education of which New Public Management models are a major expression. Parallel to these changes, many systems have also expanded rapidly in the number of enrolled pupils and students. Focusing on these transformations, the course takes a grip on the increasing complexity of modern educational systems.

Entry requirements

A Bachelor's degree including at least 90 credits from a discipline pertaining to the social sciences or the humanities.
