The course provides further specialisation and advanced insight into Hindi. Beyond that, the course provides basic knowledge of Sanskrit and an understanding of the development of the New Indo-Aryan Languages. Furthermore, you will get a certain independence in carrying out and presenting a study of an issue relating to Hindi. **Outline for distance course:** The course is IT-based and taught via the university's learning platform Studium and the video platform Zoom. Access to a computer with an internet connection, webcam and microphone is required to follow the course.
