The course explores how organisations of different types and structures respond to change in an increasingly multicultural environment. You will learn how to identify organisational needs through the lens of diverse stakeholders, with a particular focus on social sustainability. The course examines key drivers and barriers to change, alongside essential models of leadership, change management, and multicultural interaction. Through practical application, you will develop skills to plan, lead, and execute change initiatives in a purposeful and strategic manner. The course also offers a critical review of organisational systems and contemporary models, highlighting the leader’s role in navigating cultural complexity and driving successful transformation.
