Kursen ger dig teoretiska kunskaper om professionellt lärande och utveckling i utbildningsorganisationer, samt fördjupad förståelse av vad det innebär att leda förändringsarbete. Begrepp som organisatoriskt lärande och lärande organisation behandlas och problematiseras. Kursen behandlar även organisationers kulturella och kontextuella förutsättningar och vilken betydelse dessa har för organisationers utveckling. Kursen ges sen eftermiddag/kväll.

Entry requirements

A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. Proficiency in Swedish and English equivalent to the general entry requirements for first-cycle (Bachelor's level) studies.
