Kursen utforskar Lean i kontexten av offensiv kvalitetsutveckling och lär dig att tillämpa Lean-principer, arbetssätt och verktyg på utvalda värdeflöden inom en organisation. Efter avslutad kurs kommer du att kunna redogöra för teori och tillämpning av Lean, tillämpa Lean-principer i olika organisatoriska sammanhang, samt kritiskt granska för- och nackdelar med Lean.
