This course introduces the study of global environmental history from the perspective of the dynamic and historically transformative relationship between nature and social forces. The emphasis is on modern history (from about 1700 to the present) but embarks from long historical processes connected to humans' relations to, and impact on nature.
Entry requirements
A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university
