Practical Philosophy C consists of three sub-courses: two courses of 7.5 credits each and an essay writing course (a degree thesis for a Bachelor's degree) of 15 credits. The courses of 7.5 credits vary from semester to semester. Courses previously offered include Egalitarianism, The Philosophy of Death, Normativity: Theoretical and Practical, Writing and Doing Philosophy, Recent Work on Disagreement, and Population Ethics. [See upcoming sub-courses](<https://uppsala.instructure.com/courses/110565>). The essay course further improves your ability to write academic texts as well as your ability to develop and express a philosophical argumentation with a high level of precision, stringency and clarity.
