Do you want to learn how companies can develop sustainably and take responsibility for their impact on society? This course provides you with a fundamental understanding of sustainability-based innovation, business development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). You will learn about value creation for sustainable business and how CSR relates to strategic development. We cover tools and methods for developing companies and products, including Lean Startup, customer analysis, and market communication. You will also get examples of collaboration with strategic partners for sustainable business development. The course is primarily aimed at new or aspiring entrepreneurs who want to gain knowledge on how sustainability can be integrated into business and product development while building networks with like-minded individuals.
