This course introduces you to the central concerns and aesthetic strategies of the Gothic and Romantic periods. By exploring key texts, you will develop a grounding in reading Romantic and Gothic literature from their beginnings to their modern manifestations.

Entry requirements

120 credits. English A1, B1 and C1, or 90 credits in a language subject or in literary studies.
