Arabic: Bachelor‘s Degree Thesis

During the course the student will individually complete a scientific investigation within an area related to Arabic literature or linguistics. The course commences with a number of seminars where the student will present and discuss his/her planning of the research project. The student will then independently carry out a research project, within given timeframes, with the support of a supervisor. Half way through the course, at a seminar, the student will present a first version of the thesis which will be discussed by the participants. The completed thesis will be presented and defended at the end of the course. The student will also oppose another students‘ thesis. The thesis can be written in Swedish, English or Arabic and should be between 7000 and 9000 words in length.
