The Bachelor's Programme in Leadership - Quality - Improvement offers you an education not limited to any particular industry that will give you knowledge of quality development and leadership. You will learn structured practices and gain a better understanding of how organisations and companies operate. Above all, you will learn how to apply your knowledge so that the business you are working in develops sustainably. The foundation of the programme is courses in quality management where you study its principles, methods and tools. Since much of quality development is carried out in project form, great importance is also attached to project methodology and project management, in theory and practice. Working with improvement and development projects involves working with or leading a group of people. Therefore, you will also study group dynamics and leadership, including conflict management, communication, diversity, coaching and change management. After the programme, you will be ready to work in both goods- and service-producing operations. Your future tasks might be to lead or participate in improvement and development projects, work as a project manager in change and improvement projects, be responsible for and work with quality issues, work as a Quality Development Officer, or work with other planning and management tasks. The language of instruction is English.
