Översikt
<p>The course is a compulsory course at the first cycle within the Bachelor’s Programme in Development Studies (BIDS) with a major in Human Geography. The course is thus not offered as a freestanding course.</p><p>The course aims at giving the students the experience of working in a development context. It also serves as a means of gathering material for the forthcoming Bachelor’s thesis.</p> <p>The course is divided into three 15-credits tracks, and the student has to choose one of these. Two tracks give the opportunity to do a field study or an internship within a development organisation, while the third track, the research overview, is an option for those who choose to remain at Lund University.</p> <p>The language of instruction is English.</p><p>http://www.keg.lu.se</p>

To be admitted to the course, students must have successfully completed Mathematics A, English B and Social Studies A from Swedish upper-secondary school and at least 90 credits from the first two years of the Bachelor's programme in Development Studies.
