<p>The internship course provides you with knowledge and insight into working life, while also helping you to understand the skills you have gained through your studies. You will work in an organisation, develop professional skills and use academic tools to understand and analyse your experiences.</p><p>This stand-alone course gives you the opportunity to deepen your sociological or social anthropological expertise within a real‑world professional setting. Designed for graduates of the Lund University bachelor’s programmes in sociology or social anthropology, it allows you to explore how academic knowledge translates into everyday organisational practice. The course aims to help you understand how theories, methods and a scientific approach can be applied across different sectors - public, private, or non‑profit, in Sweden or abroad.</p><p>During your placement, you will take part in qualified tasks that relate directly to your previous studies. The course combines hands‑on work with structured academic reflection, giving you space to explore how sociological and social anthropological perspectives can shape and enrich professional practice. </p>
