This course explores team development and collaboration within and across health and welfare organisations. It prepares you to manage team collaboration in dynamic and evolving organisational contexts, addressing both current and future challenges in the field. Through a process-oriented approach, you will have the opportunity to select and analyse real cases from your own professional practice, with a focus on team collaboration.
