<b>Purpose and learning objectives</b> The aim of the course is to give the student an insight into the working life for urban and regional planners in order to make him/her employable. <b>Content and teaching methods</b> The student will reflect for one thing on the industry (s)he is being educated for and in what way his/her own education answers to the competences required at the practice work-place, for another the opportunities and limitations present at the practice work-place and the choices and prioritizations made. Furthermore the student will reflect on the relations between the work-place and the wider society. The student will keep a journal of his/her time at the practice work-place.

150 HECs and a bachelor's thesis, 15 HECs, in Urban and Regional Planning or at the Bacholor's Programme in Urban and Regional Planning or 15 HECs at the Master's Programme in Urban and Regional Planning.
