Entry requirements

In order to meet the general entry requirements for first cycle studies you must have successfully completed upper secondary education and have documented skills in English language. Exemption for Swedish A and B / Swedish 1-3. and completed the following courses with at least a passing grade; Building Technology (K0011B) 7,5 ECTS, Basic law for estate agents (J0030N) 15 ECTS, Principles of Marketing (M0015N) 7,5 ECTS, Real Estate Economics (N0025N) 7,5 ECTS, Accounting for real estate brokers (R0026N) 7,5 ECTS, Real Estate Agency 1 (J0050N) 7,5 ECTS, Land Law (J0036N) 15 ECTS, Real Estate Valuation (R0018N) 7,5 ECTS, Taxation Law (J0028N) 7,5 ECTS, Public regulations of Real Estates (J0033N) 7,5 ECTS, or equivalent.
