Exemption for Swedish A and B / Swedish 1-3. and completed the following courses with at least a passing grade; Building Technology (K0011B) 7,5 ECTS, Basic law for estate agents (J0030N) 15 ECTS, Principles of Marketing (M0015N) 7,5 ECTS, Real Estate Economics (N0025N) 7,5 ECTS, Accounting for real estate brokers (R0026N) 7,5 ECTS, Real Estate Agency 1 (J0050N) 7,5 ECTS, Land Law (J0036N) 15 ECTS, Real Estate Valuation (R0018N) 7,5 ECTS, Taxation Law (J0028N) 7,5 ECTS, Public regulations of Real Estates (J0033N) 7,5 ECTS, or equivalent.
