I denna kurs fördjupas olika synsĂ€tt pĂ„ begreppet rĂ€ttvisa i förhĂ„llande till mĂ€nskliga rĂ€ttigheter och dĂ€r olika kontexter kan pĂ„verka uppfattningarna om sĂ„vĂ€l ârĂ€ttigheterâ som ârĂ€ttvisaâ. Det diskuteras i kursen förhĂ„llandet mellan demokrati och rĂ€ttigheter utifrĂ„n ett rĂ€ttviseperspektiv.
