The student must deepen and broaden their knowledge in chemistry, develop their ability to apply the knowledge acquired during their studies, and train themselves to independently complete and report a major task. The project must be of a research-like nature. Students shall actively participate in the planning and independently carry out the project, and document and present results in a written report.

Entry requirements
At least 30 credits on advanced level for the course relevant chemistry courses, or the equivalent. Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English 6/level 2. Where the language of instruction is Swedish, applicants must prove proficiency in Swedish to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies.
