Do you want to understand how efficient logistics systems can contribute to the long-term sustainability and success of organizations? This course provides you with the tools to describe and analyze logistics and supply chain systems from a global and sustainable perspective. The course covers fundamental and advanced operations analytical methods such as linear programming, queue theory, and simulation. You will also gain insight into the strategic planning of logistics systems, including facility location and capacity planning. Through lectures, seminars, and practical workshops, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and develop solutions to sustainability challenges in logistics.

75 credits within Engineering programmes. Calculus. Sustainable Development, CSR and Life Cycle Analysis. Participation in Production Management I and Industrial Management (15 credits).
