Students are examined continuously on the basis of case studies and reports. The problems are drawn from the real estate market. A typical course has the following components:<br> \- Case study 1. The building society, analysis and development of concepts.<br> \- Case study 2. Accountancy and control in a real estate company, in-depth studies and analysis<br> \- Case study 3. International business, real estate systems, analysis, and presentation in English,<br> \- Case study 4. A problematic case with legal aspects. <br> \- Individual report, theoretical exposition based on three given topics.<br> \- Article seminar, Powerpoint presentation and discussion of the content of an academic article in the field. Instruction is in the form of lectures, seminars, and guest lectures in relevant areas.
