Overview
Kursen ger ge en bakgrund till användningen av georadar och<br> magnetometer samt exempel på aktuella tillämpningar. En kortare introduktion till metodernas bakomliggande tekniska förutsättningar ges. Vikt kommer också att läggas vid att belysa de problem och möjligheter som uppkommer i relation till arkeologisk forskning och antikvarisk praktik. Kursen ger också en grundläggande förståelse för hur en prospektering genomförs genom laborationer i fält där de två olika teknikerna demonstreras.

Entry requirements
För tillträde till kursen krävs 90 hp i arkeologi, historia eller antikens kultur och samhällsliv (eller motsvarande). Av dessa 90 hp ska minst 15 hp utgöras av ett självständigt arbete.
