I kursen ges en överblick över olika teoretiska perspektiv avseende personalarbete och olika typer av referensramar. Det huvudsakliga arbetet inom kursen består i att studenterna själva väljer och formulerar ett tema som utgör ett fördjupningsområde för den egna referensramen inom forskningsprojektet. Studenterna ska därigenom kunna positionera temat som en del av kunskapsområdet.

For admission to the course it is required minimum 120 credits, and minimum 60 credits in Human Resource Management. The courses Scientific Method and Theory of Science for the Social Sciences, 7.5 credits and Scientific Methods in the Social Sciences and Theory of Science II, 7.5 credits shall be included, or equivalent knowledge
