Overview
Automationstekniker - livsmedelsproduktion ger dig en unik kombination av automationskompetens och branschspecifik kunskap om livsmedelsproduktion. Du lär dig att installera, driftsätta, underhålla och optimera automatiserade system och produktionsutrustning inom livsmedelsindustrin. Du får kunskap inom PLC-programmering, HMI-system, elteknik, styrsystem och industriell IT. Under utbildningen lär du dig också att felsöka tekniska system, läsa elscheman och arbeta med sensorer, styrkomponenter och dokumentation. Du lär dig hur produktionen kan göras mer effektiv, hållbar och driftsäker. Studierna kombinerar teori med praktiska moment, workshops, studiebesök och gästföreläsningar från branschen. En stor del av utbildningen består av LIA, där du får praktisk erfarenhet ute på företag och möjlighet att bygga värdefulla kontakter redan under studietiden. Efter examen kan du arbeta som automationstekniker inom livsmedelsproduktion och vara en viktig del av teamet som ser till att produktionen fungerar säkert, effektivt och utan onödiga driftstopp.

Du är behörig att antas till en yrkeshögskoleutbildning om du uppfyller något av följande: 1. Har en gymnasieexamen från gymnasieskolan eller kommunal vuxenutbildning. 2. Har en svensk eller utländsk utbildning som motsvarar kraven i punkt 1. 3. Är bosatt i Danmark, Finland, Island eller Norge och där är behörig till motsvarande utbildning. 4. Genom svensk eller utländsk utbildning, praktisk erfarenhet eller på grund av någon annan omständighet har förutsättningar att tillgodogöra dig utbildningen.
