Overview
Under utbildningen lär du dig hur jordens system och processer fungerar och på vilket sätt människans aktivitet påverkar naturmiljö och samhällsbyggnad. Du använder metoder och analysverktyg för att förebygga och behandla miljöproblem, planera för motståndskraftiga samhällen och grön omställning. Studierna är omväxlande med teoretiska moment, laborationer, fältarbete och exkursioner i naturen. Efter studierna arbetar du med samhällsplanering, miljö- och hållbarhetsfrågor och förvaltning av naturresurser. Det finns en alternativ ingång till programmet för dig som saknar viss naturvetenskaplig behörighet, kurspaket: Geologi, naturgeografi och klimat: alternativ ingång till kandidatprogrammet i geovetenskap
