Du lär dig om människors lärande och växande, samarbete och kommunikation. Du tränar dig i att möta andra människor och utvecklar din förmåga att vara lyhörd för deras behov. Du får fundera över hur människor lever tillsammans och vilka möjligheter de har att utvecklas. Du lär dig om hälsa och arbetsmiljö. På programmet läggs stor vikt vid etik, demokratiska värderingar och mänskliga rättigheter.</p> <p>Du kan börja jobba direkt efter utbildningen eller fortsätta studera inom Yrkeshögskolan.
