<p>I kursen ges en inledande orientering i den svenska rättsordningen. Traditionell juridisk metod introduceras, med särskild vikt vid juridisk informationssökning, tillämpningen av olika rättskällor, och en genomgång av centrala juridiska begrepp görs. Kursens innehåll i övrigt tar utgångspunkt i den rättsliga regleringen som har betydelse för olika former av näringsverksamhet. Särskilt studeras allmän avtalsrätt, köprätt, fastighetsrätt, och associationsrätt. Utöver detta behandlar kursen konkurrens- och marknadsrätt, arbetsrätt, sakrätt, personrätt, krediträtt, ekonomisk familjerätt, säkerhetsrätt, obeståndsrätt, straffrätt, processrätt, skatterätt och skadeståndsrätt.</p>
